Mick Fleetwood - Owner

Michael John Kells Fleetwood, known as Mick Fleetwood (born 24 June 1947) is a British musician and actor, best known for his role as the drummer and co-founder of the rock band Fleetwood Mac. Fleetwood, whose surname was merged with that of John McVie to form the name of the band, was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998.

Born in Cornwall, Fleetwood lived in Egypt and Norway for many of his childhood years as his father travelled with the Royal Air Force. Choosing to follow his musical interests, Fleetwood travelled to London at the age of fifteen, eventually combining with Peter Green, Jeremy Spencer and Bob Brunning who formed at Green's behest to become the first incarnation of Fleetwood Mac, of which Fleetwood would remain the only member to stay with the band through its ever-changing line-up.

After several album releases and line-up changes, the group moved to the United States in 1974 in an attempt to boost the band's success, where Fleetwood invited Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks to join. Buckingham and Nicks contributed to much of Fleetwood Mac's later commercial success, including the celebrated album Rumours, while Fleetwood's own determination to keep the band together was essential to the group's longevity.

He has also enjoyed a solo career, published written works, opened a restaurant, and produced exquisite wine out of California.

ashley leal - general manager

Born and raised in Napa Valley, Ashley was destined to make her mark in the hospitality industry. At the young age of 10, Ashley got her first taste of the dining world providing bread service on Napa Valley’s Wine Train, alongside her mother who was a manager. Ashley found herself yet again as one of the youngest team members at two Thomas Keller properties, French Laundry and Bouchon Bakery, working at both throughout high school. Fresh out of college, Ashley took her extensive knowledge and worked at two other award-winning restaurants, Brix in Napa and Waterbar in San Francisco. During her time on the Californian coast, Ashley has worked beside some of the nation’s most highly regarded chefs, sommeliers and restauranteurs. Chasing the sun and hoping to expand her experience even further, Ashley moved to Maui in 2012 to work under Mick Fleetwood and his new project, Fleetwood’s on Front St. Ashley knows how lucky she is to be able to work at an establishment where she gets to talk about her two of her greatest passions – food and wine – on a daily basis. With her embodiment of warm hospitality and her attention to detail, Ashley looks forward to creating the ultimate dining experience at Fleetwood’s for all visitors.

Moving from Los Angeles, California to the Bay Area at a young age, Erich’s spark for travel was ignited. He spent his formidable years voyaging with his family to remote destinations and European cities, forever changing his perspective of the world and introducing him to cultures that would inspire deep passions for him in the future. Returning to his roots in California, Erich started as a cashier for winemaker Joel Gott’s famous San Francisco restaurant Gott’s Roadside. He spent much of his free time playing music and touring the coast with his band; even playing at The Great American Music Hall where many rock and roll legends have graced the stage. Erich worked his way to the top at Gott’s and became a leading force of the Gott’s brand as Assistant General Manager. Always looking for the next destination, Erich made his way to the island of Maui in 2014, and sought out the only place where he could merge his passions of great food and music, Fleetwood’s on Front St. Today, he considers himself lucky to put on some of the best live concerts on the island while also being able to make memories for his dining guests.
