Tekau Taamu and Eddie Garza are two friends in Lahaina who love to make music, dance, and entertain.

Born in Tahiti, but raised on Maui, Tekau brings her impeccable taste in 80's pop music and beautiful vocal stylings to the front of the group.

Eddie is originally from Mexico City, but was raised in Los Angeles where he started playing guitar at the ripe age of 15. Between Los Angeles and New York, he spent a over a decade performing and recording with punk and power pop groups.

Now living in Lahaina, the duo has come together to bring a fresh but familiar sound to the local music scene. From Whitney to Michael, Madonna to the hits the kids are all listening to, the Take Outs are going to make you want to sing, dance, and maybe even take off your pants!
